Fitness Classes

Steppin' Out now offers Zumba and strength/conditioning classes.
Classes are offered 4-days-a-week, with morning, afternoon and evening options. Current schedule continues through May 25th, with a new schedule for the summer months.

Parents of currently-enrolled Steppin' Out dance students and college students (with valid student idea) get a 10% discount.

Our Studio Philosophy

To promote the education of dance by means of proper instruction, technique, and choreography obtained in a positive, personalized, and encouraging environment.

Encore DCS Regional Competition: Friday-Sunday, March 23rd-25th. Fowlerville, Michigan (near Lansing).

Spring Break: Thursday, March 29th - Friday, Apr. 6th. Classes resume on Monday, Apr. 9th.

Hall of Fame Regional Competition: Thursday-Sunday, April 26th-29th. Columbus, Ohio.

Last Day of Classes: Thursday, May 24th.

2012-13 Competition Team Assessments: Wednesday, May 30th.
     5:00-6:00 p.m. -- 8 years and under
     6:00-7:30 p.m. -- 9-13 years
     7:30-9:00 p.m. -- 14 years and older

Recital: Friday, June 1st (Saturday Dress Rehearsal).

Saturday, June 2nd (Sunday Dress Rehearsal and Saturday Recital). Sunday, June 3rd (Sunday Recital).

Parent Exit Interviews: Monday-Thursday, June 4-7th.

Summer Intensive Classes & National Competition Rehearsals:
Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, June 12-14th, June 19-21st, June 26-28th; Monday, Tuesday, July 2-3rd -- 5:30-8:30 p.m.

Hall of Fame National Competition: Monday-Friday, July 9th-13th. St. Charles, Illinois (near Chicago).

Summer Dance Camp: Monday-Thursday, July 16-19th, 6:00-8:00 p.m.
